  20. BOCHUM (rtr). Escom AG is going to sell it's subsidiary "Amiga Technologies
  21. GmbH" to the US-Company "Visual Informations Corp." for a price of
  22. $40.000.000. Escom announced, that both Companies have signed an agreement
  23. last Thursday [ April 11th ]. Escom said, that the sale is part of their
  24. goal to re-conentrate on their primary market, which is the computer retail
  25. trade.
